In 2011, I began my journey in the swimming pool service industry. Right from the beginning, I was drawn in. The work felt familiar to me because my university studies focused on hydraulics and electronics, which aligned perfectly with the technical demands of the job.
I quickly developed a passion for what I was doing, and my progress was rapid. I worked my way up from being an assistant to becoming a technician over a short period of time. Through years of hands-on experience, continued study, and hard work, I grew into a skilled and confident technician.
As I continued to refine my skills, I realized this was the career path I wanted to pursue long-term. I loved interacting with people, working outdoors, and staying constantly on the move.
After years of technical experience, I gained a deeper understanding of myself and began to recognize aspects of the industry I wanted to change. While the company I worked for was one of the best in the region, I felt that it was resistant to change. Recognizing an opportunity, I made the decision to start my own company. My goal was to take the strengths of my previous employer and incorporate new elements that were missing, creating a company that would offer the best service in our area. That’s when the idea for “Evolution” was born, which we later shortened to “Evo”. Today, we know it as Evo Pool Service.
From the start, Evo Pool Service quickly gained a reputation for being one of the top companies in the region. We focused on providing fast, high-quality service, offering personalized attention to each client. We were careful not to overextend ourselves, always ensuring that we could maintain the level of service that our clients deserved.
As the business grew, so did our team. I started bringing in people who shared my vision — individuals who were hardworking, eager to learn, and committed to improving. The hiring standards were high, which proved to be a challenge, as there aren’t many people who fit that mold. However, I was fortunate enough to find the best of the best.
Together, as a well-coordinated team, we were able to expand both the areas we serve and the range of services we provide.
We’ve grown to become one of the most prestigious and largest companies in our region, offering a wide range of services related to swimming pools—from equipment repairs to full pool renovations.
Each year, we attend exhibitions and shows, and participate in ongoing training, including personal development for our technicians. This commitment helps us stay at the forefront of technology, ensuring that we continue to offer exceptional service to our customers.
For our clients, the pool is no longer a concern. They know they can always rely on us to address any issues, big or small. In a time where technology evolves rapidly—often replacing one system with two in the blink of an eye – we are prepared to deliver the same high-quality, up-to-date service that keeps their pools in top condition.
